Location 

Residential complex “Absheron City” in Masazir is located at the northern border of the village in the Absheron region on the shores of Lake Duzlu Gel. There is good ecology, large industrial enterprises and busy highways are located at a distance. The center of Baku is approximately nineteen kilometers away.

What is nearby 

Important infrastructure facilities are at a fairly large distance. Two kilometers from the new building are secondary schools No. 3 and No. 4. Nearby there is a kindergarten, several shops, including food, a pharmacy. The nearest major supermarket is no more than one and a half kilometers.

Architecture 

The Absheron City residential complex includes twenty-five seven-story modern buildings designed taking into account the seismic activity of the region and the local climate.

The houses are being built in three phases, the developer uses environmentally friendly modern materials and advanced technologies to significantly reduce the cost of operating housing. Some of the buildings have attic floors, the design of which, like the design of the facades, is carried out according to the German project. 

The facades are insulated with an effective durable heat insulator; energy-saving glazing of windows and balcony doors made of PVC profile is performed. Partial panoramic glazing of loggias is used. 

The buildings are equipped with:

armored doors with combination locks;

at each entrance a silent passenger-and-freight elevator is installed.

Entrance halls and stairwells are finished with marble.

Inland 

The project for the creation of the complex provides for improvement, which includes the following elements:

driveways and walkways between the buildings of the quarter; 

ground parking spaces;

a sports ground with a tennis court;

a large landscaped recreation area with walking paths, small architectural forms and a fountain in the center;

Modern playground for games with safe slides and swings.

Lanterns are installed on the territory, trees are planted.

Transport accessibility 

Near the new building there is a minibus stop, the nearest bus stop is located almost two kilometers away. The only route connects Masazir village and the Memar Adzhemi metro station, the distance to which is thirteen kilometers.

Housing stock 

The price includes a connection to satellite TV and the Internet. In the buildings of the Absheron City residential complex there is housing in one-, two- and three-room layouts. Selling square meters is carried out for cash, the possibility and conditions of registration of installments, as well as mortgages can be clarified when visiting the office of the company.
