About the project

Location 

Qesr residential complex in Masazir is located on Aliaga Wahid Street, the most important transport route of the village, through which you can get to Baku and Sumgait.

Nearby there are no harmful industrial production, to the administrative center of the village a little more than a kilometer. The complex is located on the border of buildings with cottage-type houses and new high-rise buildings. 

What's near 

There are several grocery stores near the new building, and the Masazir Polyclinic is located in the neighborhood. Nearby there is a comprehensive school and kindergarten. Public transport is located next to the complex. Aliaga Wahida is the only bus route connecting the village with Baku. The interval of movement is six minutes. The nearest metro station Avtovokzal is eight and a half kilometers away.

Architecture and parameters of the complex 

The new building consists of two houses with one and two sections located on the building site in the form of the letter "P" and forming a cozy courtyard, closed from outsiders.

The buildings are built from materials that meet modern environmental safety criteria and in combination with advanced technologies that guarantee high performance characteristics of the complex. The necessary seismic resistance is provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. 

A small cost of servicing apartments is achieved by the use of energy-saving technologies, expressed in insulation of facades and energy-saving glazing of windows. The houses are lined with hinged ventilated systems, window openings have enlarged sizes and binders from a metal-plastic profile. The apartments have open unglazed loggias. In a two-section building located in the shape of the letter "G", the windows of the corner apartments have stained glass. The houses provide:

entrance groups are equipped with intercoms;

modern engineering communications.

On the territory of the house

The first floor of the new building is intended for commercial use - it houses shops and offices with separate entrances from the street. Convenient walking paths are arranged near the house, wide driveways for special vehicles and cars are provided, parking spaces for temporary parking of vehicles are organized. Equipped with a large cozy recreation area and a children's playground. There are places for sports. Street lights were installed, trees were planted and lawns were broken.
