Features of architecture and complex parameters

A seventeen-story house with three sections was commissioned in 2016. In accordance with local requirements for the seismic resistance level, the building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which also allows the buyer to offer a wider variety of housing plans.

The walls of the house are built of red brick, insulated with a mineral wool environmentally friendly heat insulator and lined with ceramic granite tiles according to the system of a hinged ventilated facade.
