Architecture

LCD Lighthouse is an eight-story single-section house designed in a modern European Art Nouveau style, inherent in a large number of new buildings in resort towns. The house is part of a major infrastructure project for the construction of premium housing on the beach.

The building has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and foundation, its walls are built of red ceramic bricks and faced with decorative plaster. High indicators of energy efficiency of housing are provided by facade insulation with an environmentally friendly durable mineral wool heat insulator, as well as energy-saving glazing of windows.

There is a panoramic glazing of all windows, as well as the use of stained glass. Each apartment has a very large open unglazed balcony or terrace with a protective fence made of tempered clear glass.

It offers residents of the new building an autonomous heating system. The house is equipped with four noiseless comfortable elevators installed in three shafts, spaced along the corridor for the convenience of the inhabitants of the complex. At the entrance to the building, a glazed door is installed, reception is provided.

On the territory of the house

Near the new building is equipped with a large cozy recreation area with space for picnics, green lawns, awnings and gazebos. Landscaping is carried out with the use of landscape design, flower beds are broken here, exotic plants and trees are planted.

A large outdoor pool is being built, the project provides for the availability of a gym as well as a boxing gym. A modern sports ground and a children's play area with a safe cover are being built on site.

Near the house will be located guest and ground parking, an underground car park is being built. On the territory of the complex, street lighting devices are installed, paved convenient driveways, tiled pedestrian paths are laid.

The territory of the new building will be closed to outsiders and equipped with a modern video surveillance system. The work of the security service is planned.
