A vibrant area with a thriving nightlife and numerous green spaces in West London, Ladbroke Grove has been chosen to house Portobello Square. Lying within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the district is home to bustling markets, fashion boutiques, cosy cafés, and high-end restaurants, combining the area’s rich history and modern urban trends. The famous Portobello Road Market is situated only a couple of minutes away from Portobello Square, offering countless stalls that sell everything from vintage goods to flavorful foods from all over the world.

For long promenades amidst enchanting sceneries, you can stroll around the lush greenery of Meanwhile Gardens while enjoying peaceful views of the Grand Union Canal. Additionally, the nearby Emslie Horniman's Pleasance Park offers an exciting playground, an all-weather floodlit sports area with changing rooms, and a community garden, where people of all ages can take part in picking herbs while also learning more about them.

Portobello Square is a massive development placed along Wornington Road and Portobello Road with a public park in the middle. Divided into three phases, the project features several blocks of mid-rise buildings. Already completed, Phase 1 occupies the territory to the east of the park, while Phase 2 takes the opposite side, and the future third phase is to be placed at the pointy corner of Wornington Road and Portobello Road.

The first of four apartment buildings that are part of Phase 2, Bond Mansions rises across Wornington Road from the park. The contemporary-style façade of the 7-storey building features bleached brickwork and an array of Juliet balconies that add some old charm to the new build.

All residents of Portobello Square benefit from a public park space, set at the heart of the new development. The community green offers 2.3 acres of ground densely planted with various types of greenery, creating a perfect setting for an evening walk.
