The name of the new project speaks for itself. After all, this historic building, converted into a modern residential complex, is located in the centre of London, namely on New Oxford Street at the intersection of famous districts such as Soho, Fitzrovia, Covent Garden and Bloomsbury. The best places, attractions and parks are on the doorstep of this new complex. The transport interchange is perfect because the nearest metro station, Tottenham Court Road, is visible from the windows and is located almost in the complex's courtyard. There are bus stops less than a 5-minute walk away. The London Euston train station and even the Embankment Pier are also nearby.
