What does the exterior look like?

Visually, the building is divided into several parts. The tallest one is 14-storeys high and has a distinctive triangular shape with sharp corners. The striking white façade stands out among its neighbours. The next section is a storey shorter and displays sandy brickwork, followed by an 11-storey section with brown bricks and then another one with just 9 storeys, sporting the same sandy colour. All those pieces create a cascading effect with columns of glass cantilevered balconies in between. Adjacent to the rear of this stair-like construction is another 5-storey part in the form of a trapezoid with soft corners and light brown brickwork. The whole complex is adorned with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.

The new complex features beautiful balconies and terraces with either slip-resistant ceramic tiles or exterior grade timber with LED lighting to marvel at astounding views of the Thames or the urban scenery.
