About the project
In which area is Postmark located?
The ambitious development of Postmark straddles the border of the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington in the vibrant centre of the capital. Located on Mount Pleasant, which is strongly associated with the Royal Mail, in particular, and post, in general, the new residential complex is steeped in historic mail-related buildings and attractions. The immediate area of Postmark is home to Royal Mail Central London Delivery Office, Mount Pleasant Mail Centre, and Mount Pleasant Post Office. For those who would like to plunge into the history of mail in the United Kingdom, the Postal Museum offers incredible exhibitions and, more importantly, a train ride through old tunnels that were used for the delivery of mail.
Further away, the territory of Camden and Islington offers more art galleries, museums, and cultural landmarks. Four minutes away, Charles Dickens Museum welcomes visitors to the author’s house to reveal fascinating details about the famous writer. For more interesting facts about human history, art, and culture, you can take a 17-minute walk to the British Museum to marvel at one of the largest collections of artefacts and artworks in the world.
Placed in the heart of London, Postmark is provided with numerous transport options, including 5 tube stations and 7 underground lines within walking distance. Just eleven minutes away, Farringdon station links the area to Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf, and Heathrow Airport, while Russel Square can get you to Hyde Park or Trafalgar Square in less than 10 minutes.

What are the architectural features?
Postmark is an ambitious mixed-use development, spread across 6.25 acres and divided into four phases. The buildings of the first two phases occupy the space embraced by Phoenix Place, Mount Pleasant, and Gough Street with the Postal Museum on the north.
The first to launch at Postmark, the 13-storey building of West Central is set around a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The brick façade boasts its off-white palette with small sections painted in other tones, including dark brown. The floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the homes in natural light, while the numerous cantilevered balconies provide some private outdoor space. The rooftop is home to a beautiful terrace.
As part of the second phase, the two buildings of Signature Place are situated around the stunning communal garden. The 9- and 11-storey buildings sport beige-brick facades with stacked and cantilevered balconies, adorned with dark straight-line railings. Each building features a landscaped rooftop terrace.
Which amenities are on the territory?
Steeped in greenery, Postmark features stunning gardens with lovely wildflower meadows and tall trees as well as landscaped rooftop terraces. Moreover, the complex will bring over 20.000 square feet of commercial and retail space with open public space, covering over 50% of the territory. Postmark will become a notable London destination for everyone.
In addition, the complex offers the wellness centre with a gym for its residents to stay fit and healthy. Also, Postmark features a cinema room with comfortable seats and a huge screen to enjoy a film with friends. You can also have a chat and relax in a beautifully-designed lounge area.
To offer a warm welcome and provide assistance where possible, the complex is served by a 24-hour concierge.
