About the project

M.Park is a residential complex consisting of two 18-storey buildings with underground parking and landscaped area. The name of the complex is associated with its location - in the district and directly in the courtyard are park areas. The architecture of the houses is notable for its modern style, combination of light and dark colors in the decoration and combination of different materials in the facade.

Creating a single green zone of indoor space is one of the priorities of the M.Park project. The area is equipped with free Wi-Fi, playgrounds for children and adults. There are office, commercial premises for accommodation of service facilities and infrastructure for residents.

Designed for modern apartment planning - one of the important advantages of LCD M.Park. M.Park residential complex is located at 16 Mykhailivska Square, in the very center of Moldavanka. The existing transport infrastructure allows you to get to the Center in minutes by both personal and public transport. Minibuses №115, №191, №23 and №232А pass nearby.

Right next to the residential complex is the park "Mikhailovsky Maidan" with playgrounds, alleys and places for recreation. In 5 minutes by car you will get to the Transfiguration Park, where there are modern playgrounds for children of different ages, a zoo, installations in the form of swans and cafe bars.
