About the project

KADORR City residential complex is a part of a new residential district with its own infrastructure capable of providing full autonomy to residents: a large supermarket, pharmacies, dentistry, dry cleaners, beauty salons, banks, Amador children's supermarket, fitness clubs, restaurants and other services. For children, the developer has provided a special area with safe playgrounds of various themes, for adults - green areas for recreation. An alley passes through the whole territory, where you can walk or play sports. Not far from the new building are the parks "Victory", "Cosmonauts", "Azerbaijan", "Artillery" and the coastline with several beaches.

Near the new building there is a bus stop №25 and city minibuses №124, №145, №148, №150 and №221, and a 7-minute walk stops several trolleybus routes and minibuses on Admiralty Avenue, which will allow if necessary to get to other neighborhoods on public transport. If you need to go to another town, 7 minutes by car to the train station and 13 minutes to the central bus station.

There is a large chain supermarket on the territory of the residential quarter, and within a radius of 3 minutes there are supermarkets "Kopiyka", "Nenazhera", "ATB-Market" and two stores of the "Silpo" chain. In 5-7 minutes you can go for groceries to two more supermarkets "Silpo", supermarket "Chester" and the market "Privoz", where they always offer a large selection of fresh products.
