About the project

The Chalet residential complex is an alpine chalet with interiors by the famous Ukrainian fashion designer Andre Tan among oaks and pines of the Sviatoshyn recreational zone. The architecture of the new building is designed so that the house looks harmonious both in the natural environment and in the infrastructure of the metropolis: sections of different storeys, high windows for better insolation, facade decoration and decorative elements of natural materials - wood, stone, glass and metal.

As part of the Chalet project, the Lviv Artists' Square is being restored right next to the house: the ecosystem of the green zone will be restored by planting new trees and bushes, as well as playgrounds, sports grounds and recreation areas with almost no interference with the natural landscape. To ensure that cars do not interfere with pedestrians, the developer has provided underground parking for 95 cars, and bicycle owners will be able to leave their vehicles in special parking lots. To ensure the comfort and safety of future residents in the complex will install CCTV cameras and implement a comprehensive home security system.

Infrastructure

The Chalet residential complex is located at vul. Lvivska, 18-b, between Svyatoshin and Zhytomyrska metro stations. In 25 minutes on Victory Avenue you will reach the city center by car. There is a public transport stop nearby, with more than 30 different buses, trolleybuses and taxis.

In addition to its own park within a radius of 500 m there are four green areas for walking. In 10 minutes by car there is a cascade of Svyatoshinsky lakes where it is possible to go fishing, to swim in a warm season or to arrange a picnic with friends.

Next to the house there is a specialized school №40 with in-depth study of the German language, in 17 minutes you can walk to the gymnasium "Academy" and the Kyiv gymnasium of oriental languages ​​№1. Kindergartens №736 "Dream", №601 "Sun", №60, №214 and №472 are open nearby for the youngest residents of the complex.

Only 750 m from the house there is a hospital №5 for adults, a children's hospital №5 - 1.3 km. There are also private centers, laboratories and dentists in the district.

The Grand Sport fitness club in the next building, the Ring kickboxing school, the Typhoon sports club and FitLine are a 10-minute walk from the new building.

Products can be purchased at the Novus supermarket across the street from the LCD or at the Kolo supermarket within a 5-minute walk. In 20 minutes by car you will reach the Lavina shopping mall with a cinema, food court, children's entertainment area, supermarket and various shops. You can drink coffee or have a snack in one of the nearest cafes or restaurants: Glory Coffee, "StrudelOk", "D-Coffee", "Valentino" and others.
