About the project

The ITown project envisages the construction of a new urban-type residential complex, the main idea of ​​which is to abandon standard buildings with standard layouts. The residential complex will have 5 houses with variable storeys - from 9 to 25 floors - with minimalist facades and non-standard geometry. Some roofs are planned to be made operational, park zones with places for barbecue will be arranged on them.

The territory of the ITown complex will be divided into open public and closed private zones so that residents can feel safe. LCD has a completely autonomous infrastructure - in the commercial premises will open a fitness club, cafes and restaurants, beauty salons, supermarkets and pharmacies. Another feature will be the presence of its own business center with A-class offices, conference room and coworking. Modern playgrounds will be installed for children, and fans of an active lifestyle will surely enjoy outdoor sports complexes.

Infrastructure

LCD ITown will be located in the central part of Odessa between the Marinesco descent and Primorskaya Street. To the tourist center of the city no more than 10 minutes on foot, from there for a short time and to the beaches "Langeron" and "Vidrada".
