About the project

The Flagship residential complex will become a landmark of the Yubileiny microdistrict thanks to glass facades and a combination of contrasting colors and materials in the decoration. Seven sections of the house form a cozy indoor courtyard with designer children's and sports grounds, pedestrian alleys and green recreation areas.

Infrastructure

The Flagship residential complex is located in the Yubileiny microdistrict, not far from the traffic intersection at the intersection of Mlynovskaya and Sobornaya Streets, it is also the N-22 highway connecting Exactly with the Polish border. The center or any other corner of the city can be reached by public transport, the stop of which is next to the house.

The development area has a developed social infrastructure, which will significantly reduce the time spent on solving various domestic issues. Near schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, parks, bank and post offices, a pharmacy, dry cleaning, a stadium and a children's clinic. The lower floor of the Flagship residential complex is also reserved for commercial buildings for various purposes.

Within walking distance are the grocery stores Dva Kuma, Milan, Bohemia and the Makaron supermarket, and a 5-minute drive is the Velmart hypermarket in the Equator shopping center where you can also buy clothes and dine in one of 12 restaurants and a cafe, spend time at the rink, in the bowling center or the entertainment complex "Multipark". Two more shopping centers, Mlynovsky and Skala, are a 6-minute walk from the complex. Yubileiny Market is a 3-minute drive away with farm produce, fresh vegetables and fruits by car.

For kids, a 9-minute walk from the complex kindergarten number 33, to kindergartens number 44 and number 40 - 4-5 minutes by car. Parents of schoolchildren will be able to choose one of the schools in the microdistrict: the nearest school No. 19 is at a distance of 5 minutes walk, to school No. 8 on foot 12 minutes, to schools No. 20, No. 23 and special sports school No. 26 - 5-7 minutes by car.

Also in the microdistrict there is an amusement park "Gray-Krai", parks "Jubilee" and "Chemist", as well as a climbing wall "Kozak". To any of them is 15-20 minutes on foot or 3-5 minutes by car.
