About the project

The project of the 4U residential complex envisages the construction of two 27-storey residential buildings, two sections in each. The first thing that catches your eye is the modern appearance: designer architecture, combined colors and materials of the facade, panoramic glazing and multi-level forms. The complex also plans to build a two-storey building with commercial and office space, which will add comfort and convenience to future residents, because it will open a cafe, shops, pharmacy, beauty salon or other useful facilities.

The security system of the complex is represented by round-the-clock security and video surveillance. There will also be a concierge service in the LCD - you can at any time entrust the administrator with a household task, such as cleaning the apartment or walking a pet, and they will help you.

Thanks to the concept of "yard without cars" the courtyard space will be completely pedestrian. It is planned to install modern playgrounds with interactive elements, sports areas with simulators and a football field, to equip places for walking animals and to green pedestrian alleys. You can store the car in the five-level above-ground parking lot or in the guest parking lot near the LCD.

The new residential complex 4U is located 20 minutes walk from the metro station "Akademistechko". Right next to the house there are public transport stops: buses №97, №97K, №30, №56, №212, №301, №348, №357, №386, №388, №393, №1921 and minibuses №437, №497K, №194, №200K, №408. A 7-minute walk will take you to the Novobilichi train station, where commuter trains run. You can reach the city center in half an hour by car on Victory Avenue.

1.5 km from the residential complex is a green area "Forest Glade", where you can walk surrounded by pine forest.
