About the project
Istanbul-based Nidapark Küçükyalı project is run by Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul. one of Turkey's largest construction company, Tahincioglu, the area of the construction work completed so far exceeds 2 million square meters. Nidapark is used in multiple projects of the company as a brand and there are also projects carried out under the same name in Ataşehir, Kozyatağı, Göztepe, Bomonti, Levent and İstinye. The Küçükyalı part of the project is located at Çınar Mahallesi Rıfkı Tongsir Caddesi No: 113 Maltepe - Istanbul and covers an area of 68,785 m2. The project, which includes a total of 1,160 houses, aims to be a very large and individual living center. The Nidapark Küçükyalı project is expected to be completed in May 2023.
The project is still in the design phase and consists of 4 main towers, Burgaz, Heybeli, Kınalı, Sedef. It also includes apartment-type blocks that do not have a separate name. Nidapark Küçükyalı, right on the D-100 highway, is very advantageous in terms of transportation opportunities. Küçükyalı metro stop is within walking distance of the project. Thanks to the access to the highway, it is possible to reach all parts of Istanbul easily by car. Although there is no mall near them, this does not pose a disadvantage. Because the project includes a 350 meter long street and the entire street is reserved for commercial shops.

Nidapark Küçükyalı is a very large-scale project, so apartment options are quite a lot. Four different floor plans are offered: 1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1. However, the net usage areas of the apartments in each tower and / or block vary. In general, 4 + 1 apartments are 246.85 m2, 3 + 1 apartments are 169.58 m2, 2 + 1 apartments are 140.52 m2 and 1 + 1 apartments are 72.09 m2.
