About the project

SKY PARK is located in a former industrial zone just outside Bratislava’s city centre. Its two phases are adding six high-rise buildings to Bratislava’s real estate market. A minimal built-up area is envisaged, which would also allow a new city park measuring more than 35,000 square metres to be created around the towers. The project also includes the reconstruction of a historical heating plant - Jurkovičová Tepláreň which is today a national cultural monument.

The first phase includes construction of three thirty-storey residential towers alongside mid-rise building SKY PARK Offices.

More than 700 units were for sale in the three residential towers, together with 1,100 new underground parking spaces and 2,000 square metres of public amenities. The first phase was officially launched in early December 2016, after it was greenlit by building authorities, and was completed in 2020. There will also be a fourth tower, as a part of the residential section of the project with the same parameters as the first three towers. The construction will start in Spring 2021.

SKY PARK Offices, designed by Vietzke & Borstelmann Architekten, was completed in 2020, and will offer more than 31,000 square metres of the highest-quality office space to be leased.

The historical building - Jurkovičová Tepláreň, completely renovated as part of the first phase, is going to have restaurants, a gallery and public event space on the ground floor and flexible offices BASE located on the upper floors.

The second phase involves the construction of SKY PARK Tower, another high-rise office building to be designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Construction of the second phase is planned for the year 2021.
