About the project

Residential complex "Aerocity" (Aerocity) is part of a comprehensive development project in the village of Shushary, Pushkin district. The site is located along Starorussky Prospekt. The developer is ZhSK "Flower" - a subsidiary of the company "Leader Group".

Project

Aero City is supposed to have several houses, but the first to build an 11-storey panel with 718 apartments. Buyers will be offered layouts from studios to three-room ones. Housing area - 24-80 square meters. The height of the ceilings depends on the floor and is 2.58 m from 1 to 7th and 2.73 meters above.
