About the project
“ArtLine in Primorsky” is the art of the future. A residential complex inspired by the theme of art and new iconic objects in the city. Bold facades, halls, the own art space of the new house are developed in collaboration with modern artists and young architects.
Five houses of 11 floors and two apartment complexes of 12 floors will be united by a modern concept. The facades used a rare purple color for St. Petersburg. This is one of the most noble, sophisticated and at the same time mysterious flowers. The main light palette emphasizes bright accents. Hinged ventilated facades allowed architects to play with perception. By combining different shades of porcelain stoneware, a melange effect is created in the cladding. Volumetric architectural elements in the form of large screens, reflective glazing, panoramic windows on the upper floors create a futuristic look. The design of the project halls was developed at the Art Complex contest. Artists from different cities of Russia presented more than 50 works and their views on their favorite city.
Street retail will occupy the first floors of ArtLine: shops, cafes, a bakery, a beauty salon and much more. Everything you need can be bought on the way from the metro home. The courtyard will house its own kindergarten with elementary school classes, the territory of which is landscaped and fenced around the perimeter. The project has its own three-story fitness club with yoga rooms and a volleyball court.
