The RedFox residential complex is located in the eastern part of Novosibirsk, between Karavaev and Komintern streets. Volochaevskaya Street is 150 meters from the construction site, and Gusinoborodskoye Shosse (Novosibirsk-Kemerovo-Yurga highway) is 200 meters away. The proximity of several public transport stops will be convenient for residents without cars.

Buses, fixed-route taxis and trams run in the Dzerzhinsky, Central, Kalininsky and Zaeltsovsky districts, including Lenin Square, the main railway station, a river pier and a bus station. Architecture

The concept of the RedFox residential complex involves the construction of seven residential buildings. The authors of the project are the Akademstroy NSC bureau. The first stage is four 14-story towers on a 1.9-hectare site; 400 one-room, two-room and three-room apartments of classical and euro-layout are planned in them with a total area of ​​34 to 80 square meters. meters.

The buildings are based on a precast-monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The outer walls are made of 250 mm brick, two layers of insulation are laid on the outside (Rockwool Light Butts 100 mm and Rockwool Venti Butts 50 mm), the facades are finished with Ceresit WM plaster. Between the floors an additional noise insulation coating is made. Apartments are rented with rough finish (on the floor - semi-dry screed, on the walls and ceilings in kitchens, corridors and rooms - putty) and the existing one-pipe heating system with vertical risers and panel steel radiators.

In the second building on the ground floor there are four commercial premises ranging from 74 to 131 square meters. meter. Concierge service will be organized in the houses, video cameras will be installed in courtyards, elevators and porches. Landscaping of the courtyard, which will accommodate children's and sports grounds, exercise machines, a skate park, is provided.
