About the project

Architecture:
The facades of the building are solved in simple and clear forms using modern materials in white, light and dark gray colors with bright orange fragments. The large window sizes offer magnificent river views from the rooms. The main entrance is oriented to the embankment and compositionally emphasized. A feature of the building is a 17-meter arch separating 2 sections with a staircase connecting the courtyard space and the promenade and allowing to combine urban space and landscape. From the stairs you can get to the observation deck, made in the form of a reinforced concrete bridge and located directly above the promenade.
Interior decoration:
The interiors of the halls correspond to the overall style of the project. Large panoramic windows on the ground floors and several types of lighting in the corridors make the public spaces wider and lighter, while natural modern materials and original design ideas create a comfortable environment. The interior decoration of the apartment is self-decoration.
Design and technical features:
Windows and balcony doors are made of PVC profile with double-glazed windows. Glazing of balconies - insulated stained-glass windows made of aluminum profile with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Fire extinguishing system - sprinkler.
