About the project

Residential complex Mayak is a two-sectional house of variable number of storeys, it belongs to the comfort class. Built using monolithic brick technology, the exterior is made of colored decorative bricks. According to the architectural design, the house has enlarged (compared to standard) windows. The frames are made of wood, and the double-glazed windows are treated with a special coating that protects from UV rays and avoids excessive heating of the apartment.

The adjacent area is landscaped: there are walking paths, children's and sports grounds, flower beds are broken, bushes and trees are planted. You can go down to the water, take a walk along the banks of the Ob.

The territory is closed from strangers, is under video surveillance. Access for cars is provided by special trinkets that are issued to apartment owners.

The Mayak residential complex offers apartments of different layouts:

one-room studios with an area of 30-40 m2;

one-room apartments with an area of 37-42 m2;
