Residential complex "France" - a new large quarter of houses of small and medium floors, located on the northern outskirts of the city next to a natural reservoir.

Location

LCD "France" in Krasnodar is located near the Grand Lake on a site limited to Diskayskaya Street, as well as Roman and European Avenues. From the new building to the City Council fifteen kilometers.

About transport

The public transport stop is a fifteen minute walk on the 03K-074 highway. There are three routes of buses and minibuses following every fifteen minutes.

Environment

Architecture

RC "France" consists of fifty buildings with a height of two to five floors, including two-story townhouses, as well as three-, four- and five-story apartment buildings.

All buildings are constructed using brick technology; expanded clay blocks are used as the main construction material. The facades of houses are insulated with plates of the environmentally friendly mineral wool thermo-insulator “Tekhnofas” seven centimeters thick and are lined with “Ceresit” decorative plaster. The buildings have a flat roof, two of them are decorated with round turrets with domes and spiers.

Multi-storey buildings are equipped with passenger-and-freight elevators, modern engineering communications are laid in buildings, and fire-fighting systems are installed. During the construction of the complex, the need to ensure the barrier-free movement of mobility groups is considered.

Territory inside

The residential complex borders on other new buildings with their own infrastructure. Comfortable asphalt roads and pedestrian paths are laid on the territory, covered with colorful paving tiles. Modern street lighting devices are being installed, places for temporary parking of guest vehicles are being equipped.

The development plan provides for the installation of pedestrian alleys and comfortable recreation areas with children's play towns. Sports grounds with a safety cover are being built, designed for physical education and playing sports. Convenient sites are organized for the placement of garbage containers and economic activities.
