Complex parameters

LCD "Green City" consists of four twenty-story houses of the same type with apartments, the windows of which offer views of the river, the forest belt, as well as the Kazan Arena stadium and the Millennium Bridge.

All buildings have a flat non-operating roof with internal gutters, a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and walls, the construction of which uses aerated concrete blocks and silicate brick. The outer surface of the buildings is insulated with a durable effective heat insulator and is lined with hinged ventilated panels, mainly gray, as well as painted in green, red and yellow.

The developer uses stained glass glazing of balconies that form a continuous surface that covers almost the entire facade of the house - this provides additional thermal insulation of the housing and reduces the cost of its operation. The apartments are equipped with metal-plastic window units with double-glazed windows.
