Hollywood Residential Complex consists of four multi-apartment buildings ranging from nineteen to twenty-one floors, designed in a modern style taking into account the need for comfortable and affordable ergonomic housing.

The houses have high energy efficiency indicators, which is achieved by warming the facades with a mineral-wool thermal insulator and panoramic glazing of balconies and loggias - most of the outer surface of buildings is glazed. The walls of each building are made of red ceramic bricks and aerated concrete blocks, a high structural strength is provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and foundation. Facades are revetted with hinged ventilated panels having porcelain stoneware coatings in light gray and yellow tones.

The apartments have oversized window openings that provide good natural light in the rooms. The windows are glazed with two-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows in metal-plastic bindings from the Citylux profile.
