Residential complex “New Kuyuki” is a modern microdistrict of small-storey buildings with economy-class apartments, a fully landscaped area and its own infrastructure.

Where is located

LCD "New Kuyuki" in Kuyuki is located one and a half kilometers from the center of the village, away from large highways with heavy traffic. From the new building to the Kazan Kremlin about twenty kilometers.

Road junction

Complex parameters

LCD "New Kuyuki" consists of twenty modern four-story houses designed in the same style. Cases are built on foundations from driven piles connected in a monolith by a reinforced concrete slab. The walls of the houses are made of bricks, the facades are insulated with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator. The outer surface of the buildings is lined with decorative plaster and painted in blue, yellow and light green colors, as well as other shades of pastel colors.

The houses have a flat non-operational roof. The project provides for the presence in each apartment of a balcony or loggia with panoramic glazing and an additional metal fence. Window blocks are made of multi-chamber metal-plastic profile and glazed with two-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows.

The complex is equipped with a multi-stage water filtration system and is connected to its own artesian well. Work is underway to ensure the barrier-free movement of people with limited mobility - entrance groups are equipped with special ramps. Durable reinforced concrete canopies are installed above the entrances to the entrances.

Beautification

Pedestrian paths covered with paving slabs, as well as paved driveways designed for cars and special vehicles, are arranged next to the houses. Places for temporary parking of cars are allocated, a large surface parking is under construction.

The developer equips sports grounds for playing sports and physical education, constructs children's play areas with safety cover, as well as cozy recreation areas and walking alleys. On the territory of the new building, lawns are broken, decorative plants and trees are planted. Modern street lighting is installed.

The project provides for the construction of a large modern comprehensive school and two kindergartens. It is planned to open a clinic, local administration, bank branch, pharmacy, post office and various shops in separate buildings, as well as in built-in attached premises.
