About the project

The Vremena Goda Residential Complex is a new small microdistrict of mid-rise apartment buildings located in an area with good ecology in the suburbs of Kazan.

Where is located

The Vremena Goda residential complex in Kazan is located in the village of Usady, Laishevsky District, on General Erina Street, nineteen kilometers from the Kazan Kremlin. Architecture and Specifications

LCD "The Seasons" consists of fifteen modern five-story buildings with a flat roof, reinforced concrete foundation, monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The technology used by the developer provides the necessary structural strength, makes it possible to offer the buyer a large selection of diverse ergonomic layouts of housing in a variety of formats.

The walls of the buildings are made of multi-hollow ceramic blocks, which have good sound and heat insulating properties and allow you to maintain comfortable indoor conditions throughout the year.
