On Zalesnaya street near the complex there is a public transport stop. There are six bus routes - the minimum interval between arrivals of cars to a stop is fifteen minutes. Central Station is sixteen kilometers away.

Architecture

The complex consists of houses of a modern design from thirteen to nineteen floors - primarily five buildings. In all buildings, high structural strength is provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a monolithic foundation.

The houses will have good energy efficiency indicators, which are achieved by using advanced technologies and modern environmentally friendly materials. The walls are constructed of aerated concrete blocks, the facades are insulated from the outside with a mineral wool thermal insulator. The walls are lined with decorative plaster. The houses are equipped with:

silent high-speed elevators - one passenger and one freight at each entrance;

modern engineering systems;

engineering communications that meet modern standards.

Insulated metal doors equipped with intercoms are installed at the entrances to the entrances. The entrance groups are equipped with ramps designed to facilitate the movement of people with limited mobility.

Beautification

The developer equips sports grounds with a safety cover for playing sports and physical education. Children's playgrounds with grassy lawn are being built, recreation areas are being equipped, walking paths and walkways are being laid. Asphalted driveways are arranged near the houses, lawns are broken, decorative shrubs and trees are planted. Spaces for temporary parking of guest vehicles are allocated, a six-level above-ground parking is being constructed.
