The Modern City investment is a complex of multi-family buildings, implemented in stages, located in Warsaw's Bemowo district.

Location

The estate is located at Szeligowska Street, within the Chrzanów estate, in the Bemowo district. It is surrounded by green areas, located in an area with not dense modern multi-family housing, with a commercial, service and educational infrastructure. It is well connected with other parts of Warsaw.

The vicinity of the investment

Within a radius of about 1.5 kilometers, there is a primary school no. prof. Witold Doroszewski and the private primary school Gaudeamus. Architecture

Low-rise buildings are kept in a modernist style, built from a simple block, the façade was finished with a combination of light and dark shades, and numerous glazing was added. The buildings are equipped with photovoltaic panels.

The estate includes external and internal parking spaces, playgrounds for children, and numerous plant arrangements in the relaxation zones.

Communication

The estate is located near the S8 motorway and the intersection of Lazurowa and Górczewska streets. There is also an exit to the A2 motorway nearby, allowing access to the Chopin airport and departure outside the city. A drive to the center of the capital takes nearly 20 minutes. Bus stops are located almost 200 meters from the estate.
