Pogodno Apartments are two modernist buildings in a quiet and green area of ​​the historic district of Szczecin.

Location

The investment is located at Sadowskiego Street, in the Pogodno estate, in the second line of buildings, between Bracka and Łukasińskiego Streets. It is a quiet neighborhood, well connected with the city center, a zone of protection of the cultural landscape. The investment is situated between residential buildings, built for soldiers stationed in Szczecin military units, and the NATO Multinational Corps Headquarters.

There are a pharmacy, family clinic, pizzerias, bakeries, grocery stores (Żabka, Stokrotka) nearby. The nearest shopping center is situated approx. 2300 m away, including BI1 hypermarket, Empik, MediaMarkt and Rossmann stores. Architecture

Pogodno Apartments were designed by the Mellon Architekci architectural studio. The estate consists of two intimate 4-storey buildings with mezzanines, in a modernist style. The external façade is made in monochrome colors, from the side of the inner courtyard - in warm colors, with large, irregular windows. There is an underground garage in the underground part of the buildings.

Infrastructure of the estate

The investment is disabled-friendly. There are designed a recreation area, a playground for children, a spacious green courtyard - the built-up area is only 30% of the plot area. The residents have at their disposal silent elevators, storage rooms on the floors and in the underground garage. The investment provides above-ground and underground parking spaces as well as 4 parking spaces, equipped with an installation prepared for connecting an electric car charging station.

Communication
