The multi-stage Ornament housing estate located in the central part of Szczecin consists of six multi-family buildings.

The investment was located at Powstańców Śląskich Street within the Nowe Miasto estate. The distance from the center of Szczecin is nearly 2.3 kilometers. The residential area allows the use of the main communication arteries, commercial and service infrastructure, educational, health and sports facilities as well as park areas.

Architecture

Buildings with a cascade layout and a maximum height of 6 floors were built in a simple modern style. Shades of white and gray were used in the façade finish, steel and concrete balcony railings were made, in part of the investment there were commercial and service premises on the ground floor.

In the enclosed area of ​​the estate, playgrounds for children, sidewalks, lawns, plant arrangements, courtyards with relaxation zones, elements of small architecture were made.
