The KRK housing estate is a complex consisting of four multi-family buildings located in the north-west part of Krakow.

Location

The estate is located at Stańczyka Street within the Bronowice district, nearly 4 kilometers from the historic center of Krakow. The area with modern housing and developed commercial and service infrastructure, sports, recreation, health and education is well connected with other parts of the city.

The vicinity of the investment

In the vicinity of the investment, there are areas of family allotment gardens, fitness clubs, sports and art schools, tennis courts, yoga studios, beauty salons, churches, private medical clinics and pharmacies, food outlets, post office, Biedronka grocery stores (in close proximity), Shopping Center Jubilat (250 meters), Groszek and Żabka (450 meters), Galeria Bronowice with Ikea, Castorama, Makro Cash & Carry (2.3 kilometers). Błonia Krakowskie and the Jordan Park are located 3 kilometers away. A drive to the ponds in Mydlniki takes about 7 minutes, and the Wolski Forest - nearly 10 minutes. Architecture

Buildings with a height of 11 to 14 floors were built from a simple body with a varied layout and maintained in a modern style. Irregular layouts of windows, glass or metal balcony railings were used. Shades of white and gray dominate the facade finishes, and decorative elements in the color of wood have also been added. In part of the investment there are commercial and service premises on the ground floor.

The infrastructure of the estate

There are pavements, internal roads, green zones and elements of small architecture in the estate. Storage rooms, bicycle hangers, underground parking spaces with a charging station for electric cars and an intelligent parcel locker have been designed. Silent elevators were installed in the buildings.

Communication

The investment is located in close proximity to communication routes, such as Bronowicka, Armii Krajowej, Balicka, Na Błonie, national road No. 7. You can reach the city center by car in about 10 minutes. Within 400 meters there are tram and bus stops as well as a city bike station. The Kraków Łobzów railway station is about 2 kilometers away.
