The estate is located at Stańczyka Street within the Bronowice district, nearly 4 kilometers from the historic center of Krakow. The area with modern housing and developed commercial and service infrastructure, sports, recreation, health and education is well connected with other parts of the city.

Architecture
Buildings with a height of 11 to 14 floors were built from a simple body with a varied layout and maintained in a modern style. Irregular layouts of windows, glass or metal balcony railings were used. Shades of white and gray dominate the facade finishes, and decorative elements in the color of wood have also been added.
