About the project
In the south-eastern part of Krakow, in the 12th district of Bieżanów-Prokocim, at Telimeny Street, the company KG Group Sp. z o.o. is implementing the 2nd stage of the "Osiedle Telimeny" investment.
As part of the second stage of the project, four three-story buildings will be built, marked as 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B.
In buildings 1A and 2A, 25 apartments will be available each, and in buildings 1B and 2B, 26 apartments will be separated. In total, the second phase of the project "Osiedle Telimeny" will cover the construction of 102 apartments. These will be premises with various layouts and surfaces. The buildings will include: forty two-room apartments with areas ranging from about 34 square meters to nearly 37 square meters, forty-six three-room apartments with an area from a little over 48 square meters to about 56 square meters and sixteen four-room apartments, of which the smallest area is less than 68 square meters, and the largest - nearly 74 square meters.
The apartments on the ground floor will have gardens, and the apartments on the upper floors will have terraces and balconies.
Each building will have an elevator to support all floors, including the underground floor, with a garage hall with separate parking spaces.
"Osiedle Telimeny" is being built in a quiet area, in the vicinity of single- and multi-family buildings and green areas. Just a few minutes is enough for future residents of the "Osiedle Telimeny" investment to reach the Aleksandra Park, limited to the south by Wielicka, Jerzmanowskiego, Aleksandra and Ćwiklińska Streets, and from the north - Ćwiklińska, Jerzmanowskiego, Bieżanowska, Młodzieży and Telimeny.
It is also worth paying attention to the well-developed commercial and service infrastructure operating not far from the investment. The future residents of the estate will be able to do shopping, for example, in nearby shops: Biedronka, Lidl or drugstores. There are also restaurants in the area, pizzerias, bank facility, dentist's office, pharmacy, veterinary clinic, library point of the Krakow Library, police station, car wash, and car repair shops.
In addition, kindergartens, primary schools and a complex of general schools are located in the vicinity of the investment, which will probably be a great asset of the estate for families with children.
The undoubted advantage of the location of the "Osiedle Telimeny" investment is also a good connection with the 4th ring road of Krakow, route E40, expressway S7 and the A4 motorway, thanks to which motorized residents will be able to easily leave the city and enter it.
The well-developed network of tram and bus connections of the Municipal Transport Company in Krakow is also worth mentioning. Thanks to them, you can get directly to, among others: to the Main Railway Station - Wielicka, Limanowskiego, Starowiślna streets; to Mistrzejowice - along Kuklińskiego Street, through Rondo Grzegórzeckie and Rondo Mogilskie; to Bronowice - along Wielicka, Starowiślna, Karmelicka streets, through Plac Inwalidów; near Kombinat and Wanda Mound - along Wielicka, Klimeckiego, Kotlarska, Mogilska, Aleja Jana Pawła II and Aleja Solidarności; or to Łagiewniki - along Wielicka, Kosocicka, Cechowa, Turowicza and Fredro streets.
