We run and prepare new city-forming projects in Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź and Wrocław. Each of them is a wisely and responsibly designed part of the city.
We have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996. From 2019, our main shareholder is Lisala Sp. z o.o., owned by the Hungarian Wing IHC Zrt and Griffin Real Estate.
