The Murapol Parks of Kraków investment, a multi-stage estate of multi-family buildings, is located in the northern part of Kraków.

Location

The estate is located within Pachońskiego and Vetulani Streets, in the Prądnik Biały district of Krakow. The neighborhood is quiet, with single and multi-family buildings, well-developed commercial, service and educational infrastructure, and is well connected with the center of Krakow, approximately 6 kilometers away.

Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacies, post office, bank branches, art schools, stadium, tennis courts, church, private medical clinics and the Krakow Specialist Hospital. Architecture

Buildings with a cascade arrangement and a height of 5-6 floors were built from a simple body in a modern style. The elevations were finished with plasters in light colors with the addition of bright contrasting elements. Glazed or concrete balcony railings were made.

The estate includes plant arrangements, a common relaxation zone, a playground for children, sidewalks and access roads, underground and above-ground parking spaces and storage rooms. The buildings are equipped with silent elevators.
