Together with our ambassador Andrzej Bargiel, the first man to ski with K2, we inspire and encourage our clients to fulfill their dreams, especially those about their own modern apartment. Launched in 2019, the "Murapol, the best places in the world" campaign corresponds with the long-standing philosophy of the Murapol Group - designing and building such apartments throughout Poland, in which to live comfortably, calmly and pleasantly.
Andrzej Bargiel's sports achievements and attitude are close to the ideals of the Murapol Group and our clients. Its sporting spirit, balance between effort and pleasure, and precise preparation for the implementation of expeditions, resemble the decision to buy an apartment. The final choice requires decisive, but above all wise and thoughtful steps.
Murapol is one of the leading developers in Poland. During 19 years of operation, we have already completed 65 investments, in which over 285 buildings with nearly 15.8 thousand sq m were built. apartments. Today our estates are inhabited by over 47.3 thousand. people.
The current investment map covers 15 cities in Poland. Geographical diversification is one of the main assumptions of the development strategy adopted by the Company. Therefore, apartments of the Murapol Group can be bought in the largest agglomerations: Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław and Poznań, as well as in smaller towns: Katowice, Toruń, Tychy, Mikołów and Siewierz.
Regardless of the size of the city in which we implement our development project, we always focus on the highest quality, using proven and modern solutions. At the same time, we do not forget about ecology, and for our development activities in the field of green construction, we received the Leading Green Building Development award in the CIJ Awards 2017 competition - for the Murapol Parks Warsaw investment project.
We believe that successes achieved in business, such as sales in each of the last three years, of over 3,000 apartments, oblige us to engage not only in construction projects. That is why Murapol supports, among others initiatives promoting sport, both professional and projects promoting physical activity among children and youth.
Together with Tomasz Frankowski and Mirosław Szymkowiak - the originators of the Murapol Cup tournament, the most crowded event for children's football teams across Europe, every year in Krakow we applaud young players of such clubs as Manchester United, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and FC Barcelona.
This was noticed by the jury of the Responsible Business Awards competition, which awarded us with an award in the 2017 Sports Patron category. From 2019, we also support the youth hockey club from Krynica-Zdrój - Infinitas KTH.
The fact that healthy competition and the principle of fair play are part of the Company's DNA is also evidenced by the fact that for several years we were the main sponsor and co-owner of the TS Podbeskidzie club, and since March 2017, the Group has been sponsoring Widzew Łódź, helping it return to its former glory. In a difficult situation, we also supported the Krakow Vistula, thanks to which Murapol was invited to the noble group of partners of the "White Star".
We do not forget about lovers of other sports. We supported, among others popularization in Poland of an extremely spectacular sport, which is rugby. Together with mountain biking enthusiasts, we were involved in the creation of 12 mountain bike routes on Kozia Góra and Szyndzielnia as part of the Enduro Trails complex in Bielsko-Biała. Today it is one of the biggest sports tourist attractions in southern Poland. We are also a sponsor of Andrzej Bargiel, an outstanding Polish ski-mountaineer, the first man to ski from K2, the second mountain in the world.
We remember about those who count on our support: both in Poland and abroad. Every year, Murapol volunteers prepare gifts as part of the "Szlachetna Paczka" campaign, which unites the needy and people of good will. We also got involved in a medical expedition of Polish doctors to Tanzania, who carried out nearly 100 surgical procedures on Lake Victoria.
