Ułanów is an intimate, higher-standard investment consisting of one multi-family building, located in the north-eastern part of Krakow, on the border of the Prądnik Czerwony and Rakowice districts.

Location

The investment is located in Krakow's Prądnik, at ul. Ułanów 64D, in an area with well-developed service, commercial and transport infrastructure. Nearby there are communication arteries and the Park Lotników Polskich.

There are restaurants and cafes, doctor's offices, a post office, pharmacies, a fitness club and an outdoor gym, a church, grocery stores in the vicinity of the investment (Limonka - 250 meters, Avita - 400 meters, Zachęta Lewiatan - 800 meters). In the immediate vicinity (800 meters) there is also a Castorama store. The Krokus and Serenada shopping malls, the Auchan store and the Multikino center are about 1.2 kilometers away, the Aqua Park in Krakow - 1.4 kilometers away. The investment is 1 kilometer from the Polish Aviation Museum, the Polish Lotników Park and the Anikino entertainment center for children, and 2 kilometers from the Tauron Arena.

Architecture

The architectural design of the investment was prepared by Architekci Mikołajski & Wiese. The building consists of two interconnected segments, it has a maximum height of up to three above-ground storeys. It was made in a modern style, with a simple body with elements of an oblique body. There are also elements of a cascade arrangement, irregular window arrangements and extensive glazing. The façade was kept in a combination of white and gray, with the addition of bright elements in the finish of metal balcony railings.

The infrastructure of the estate

The investment area is closed and adapted to the needs of the disabled. There are individual garage boxes and storage rooms on two underground levels; there will also be ground parking spaces. An internal courtyard with a plant arrangement has been designed.

Communication

The investment is located in the vicinity of the Rondo Młyńskiego junction, which is the junction of the arteries of Pilotów, Młyńska and Janusza Meissnera Streets. There is also an exit to the national road No. 79. In the immediate vicinity of the investment, there are bus stops with buses No. 124 and No. 424. Bus stops at Rondo Młyński (800 meters away) allow you to travel to the city center without a change.

About apartments

The investment consists of 49 apartments with an area of ​​26 to 83 square meters and a layout of 1 to 4 rooms. Each apartment has a balcony, apartments in the upper floor have mezzanines.
