About the project
The investment at Głowackiego Street in Kraków's Bronowice district is a gradual estate consisting of three multi-family buildings.
The estate is located at Bartosza Głowackiego Street, near the main communication arteries. It is about 4 kilometers away from the center of Krakow. The area has a well-developed service, commercial and educational infrastructure, and allows for convenient communication with other parts of the city.
The vicinity of the investment
The state primary school No. 112 and the private primary schools of Spring (for girls) and Wierchy (for boys) are located almost 1 kilometer from the estate. There are also primary schools no. 106, no. 34, no. 36 and no. 93 within a radius of 1.5 kilometers. About 300 meters away is the local government kindergarten no. 82, 800 meters away - the public kindergarten Academy of Elves. In the vicinity of the estate, there are restaurants, cafes, doctor's offices and medical centers, hairdressing salons, bank branches, a post office, a fitness room, a stadium, and university branches. The Żabka and Lewiatan grocery stores are located about 300 meters from the investment. Galeria Bronowice with Ikea and Castorama stores is located 2.5 kilometers from the estate. Nearby green areas are the park named after St. Vincent de Paul (1.3 kilometers), Krowoderski and Jordan parks (about 2 kilometers).
The author of the architectural design of the investment is Architekci Mikołajski & Wiese. The five-story buildings were built of a simple block, in a modernist style, with a clear horizontal articulation. White and gray plasters and finishing panels were used in the façade, steel balcony railings were decorated with contrasting decorative elements (panels in orange and yellow).
The infrastructure of the estate
The area of the estate is adapted to the needs of disabled people. There are underground (in garage) and ground parking spaces. Around the buildings, sidewalks, lawns and plant arrangements were made. Silent elevators were installed in the buildings.
The estate is located near Bronowicka, Piastowska and Królewska Streets, enabling good communication with other parts of Krakow. The Old Town can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. There are tram and bus stops 400 meters from the estate, the Kraków Łobzów railway station is 950 meters away, and the city bike station at the Bronowice tram terminus is 750 meters away.
The investment includes flats ranging in size from 38 to 110 square meters, they can be two-, three-, four- and five-room apartments. The apartments are equipped with balconies, loggias or terraces.
