The intimate apartment building Kamienica Łokietka is located in Sopot, near the seaside recreational areas.

Location

The building was erected at Władysława Łokietka Street, within the Karlikowo area. The area is characterized by residential buildings, the proximity of parks, the coast, recreational, commercial, service and sports infrastructure facilities as well as the main communication routes of the Tricity Agglomeration.

The vicinity of the investment

The Błonia Sopockie park, a horse riding school, sports and recreation centers, a stadium, fitness rooms, a rope park, children's entertainment centers, numerous eateries, Polish Post offices and branches of a number of banks are located in the vicinity of the investment. The distance from the Jelitkowo beach is 500 meters in a straight line; there are also Przymorze, Jelitkowski and Ronald Reagan parks nearby. The nearest retail outlets are the Społem and Bolito grocery stores (750 meters), Lidl and Biedronka supermarkets (1.5 kilometers), and the Sopot Centrum shopping mall and Galeria Przymorze (within 2.5 kilometers). The educational institutions located within a radius of nearly 1 kilometer include primary school no. J. Architecture

The four-storey apartment building was erected in a style reminiscent of seaside villas. A sloping roof was made, the upper storey was designed in a terrace layout. The façade is finished in shades of white and gray and enriched with decorative panels in the color of wood and openwork balustrades. Numerous glazing has been added, including panoramic windows.

The infrastructure of the estate

The investment has a fenced and green area. The residents have at their disposal an elevator, storage rooms and parking spaces in the underground garage.

Communication
