About the project
The Academic Housing Estate is situated between Skarżyńskiego and Bora Komorowskiego Streets. Its location on the premises of the former airport, on a slope inclined towards the south, makes it stand out with good climatic conditions. The estate is surrounded by greenery and due to its location and surroundings it is characterized by a calm and friendly atmosphere, and within a few minutes you can walk to three large parks located nearby. The road network and the public transport system ensure quick access to the center of Krakow, as well as good connection with communication routes in the directions east-west and north-south.
The attractiveness of the Akademickie housing estate includes: traditional (ceramic block, sloping roof), solid (high quality materials) construction, which results in low maintenance costs (low rent) and a very good location. In the immediate vicinity of the estate, there is a primary school, middle school and high school, as well as several kindergartens. The advantage of the estate is also the low and not dense development, as well as the diversity and functional layout of the apartments and the standard of their finishing. We attach great importance to ensuring high thermal insulation properties of apartments, which significantly contributes to reducing heating costs.
