About the project

"Koniecouchów 41A" is another investment of the Frax-Bud development company. The intimate project is located in the central part of Krakow's Kurdwanów, in the XI Podgórze Duchackie district.

The building at Marii i Bolesława Ślubów 41A will have 5 overground and one underground storey. There will be 66 apartments and commercial premises on the ground floor of the building. The areas of residential premises range from 25.03 to 74.79 square meters, while commercial premises will have areas ranging from 47 to 298 square meters.

Flats with one, two, three and four-room layouts have been designed. The inhabitants of most of the flats will have balconies at their disposal, some of the flats will also have green terraces. Communication between the floors will be ensured by three silent elevators. The underground level will accommodate 83 parking spaces, and 18 storage rooms are planned here.

The building design process was guided by the principle of maximizing the available living space, which guarantees their full functionality even in the case of smaller apartments. Good lighting of the rooms was also taken care of.

The building at ul. Koniecouchów 41A will be implemented in traditional technology. The apartments will be put into use in a developer standard, including, inter alia, plasters, screeds, window sills and the distribution of all installations and white assembly. Domestic hot water in the building and its heating will be provided by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej (MPEC). The investment area will be fenced on three sides and monitored.

The location of the Frax-Bud project guarantees direct access to the full commercial, service and educational infrastructure. The residents of the building at Wysouchów 41A will be able to use numerous retail outlets, including the neighboring Biedronka, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum stores and bakeries. Nearby you will also find Lidl, Carrefour and the Dekada shopping center. There are many eateries in Kurdwanów, including pizzerias, restaurants and bars. For families with children, the proximity of nurseries, kindergartens, middle schools and primary schools will be a great convenience. There are also pharmacies and a post office in the vicinity of the investment.

In the vicinity of ul. Przesouchów also offers many places that will be used by enthusiasts of an active lifestyle - these include the "Kurdwanów Nowy" Sports and Recreation Center, a fitness club, tennis courts and a dance school. You can relax among the greenery, for example, in the nearby Kurdwanów Park.

Communication plays an important role among the elements that are important to residents. Supporters of collective transport will use the fast tram - line 50 running along the nearby Wincentego Witosa Street. There are also several bus lines at their disposal, including line 133 with a stop at Wysouchów Street. Motorized residents of the Frax-Bud investment will reach the southern, 4th Bypass of Krakow in a few minutes, and using, for example, Turowicza and Kamieńskiego Streets - to the city center and other areas.
