Jesionova is a high-standard, intimate investment, consisting of two multi-family buildings and located right next to the Rudawa River in Krakow's Zwierzyniec.

Location

The estate is located in a district somewhat distant from the city center, but well connected with the city, on Jesionowa Street, in the Rudawa river valley, near Wola Justowska. It is surrounded by extensive green areas. Near the investment there are communication arteries allowing access to other parts of Krakow and leaving the city.

Within 1.5 kilometers from the estate, there are public and non-public primary schools (No. 72, No. 19, No. 153, Montessori School), private and local government kindergartens are located up to 1 kilometer from the investment. In the close vicinity there are a yoga studio, fitness rooms, sports clubs, a tennis center, and private medical offices. Grocery stores Żabka and EkoChatka are within 500 meters, Lidl and Jubilat - about 1 kilometer. There are numerous cafes and restaurants at the Decjusza Park, located almost 600 meters away. Other nearby green areas located within a radius of 3 kilometers are Błonia Krakowskie, Wolski forest, Młynówka Królewska, Bielańsko-Tyniecki landscape park and zoo, Kościuszko Mound. Architecture

The investment was made in a modern style, using a simple shape and a combination of brown and white in the facade. The buildings have two floors. A lot of glazing has been added. Two buildings form a sheltered yard with green zones and small architectural elements.

The infrastructure of the estate

Jesionova is a gated estate with a fenced area and a remote-controlled entrance gate. There is a playground on the estate and a common leisure zone in a green area. The investment has a private gym, bicycle room with a service station, and storage rooms. There are parking spaces in the underground garage.

Communication

The location of the investment enables easy access to the center and other districts of Krakow through thoroughfares such as Królowej Jadwigi and Armii Krajowej streets. A drive to the Main Railway Station in Krakow takes about 15-20 minutes. The nearest public transport stops are within nearly 650 meters.

The total number of apartments in the two buildings of the estate is 31. These are premises ranging from 37 to 145 square meters. The number of rooms in the apartments is from 2 to 4. The apartments on the ground floor are equipped with gardens ranging from 10 to 148 square meters and terraces, the premises on the 1st and 2nd floor have terraces ranging from 4 to 41 square meters.
