The Małysiaka estate is a phased investment, consisting of multi-family low-rise buildings, located in the south of Krakow.

Location

The investment was located at Albina Małysiaka Street, in the Kliny-Zacisze estate, which is part of the Dębniki district in Krakow. The area is about 9 kilometers away from the center of Krakow, well connected with other parts of the city, it is characterized by the basic urban infrastructure - commercial and service, educational, sports, health - and the proximity of green areas.

Architecture

The buildings of the estate have 3-4 floors, they are built of simple shapes in a modern style. The elevations were finished with plasters in subdued colors with the addition of contrasting decorative elements in shades of yellow. Steel and concrete balcony railings were made.

The infrastructure of the estate

The area of ​​the estate is monitored, there are internal green courtyards, alleys, elements of small architecture, pavements and access roads, ground parking spaces and an underground parking lot. The buildings have silent elevators.

Communication

The location of the estate allows access to communication arteries, such as Zawiłej and Kobierzyńska Streets, and the transport junction at the intersection of the A4 motorway and national road No. 7. Access by car from the center of Krakow takes nearly 20 minutes. Bus stops for lines 178 and 608 are within 450 meters.
