The Łagiewnickie Wzgórze investment in Krakow is a complex of three multi-family buildings with modern architecture forming a residential complex on a landscape hill in a quiet green district on the outskirts of Krakow.

Location

The residential complex is located at ul. gen. Bolesław Roi and an important local communication artery ul. A. Fredro in Łagiewniki Krakowskie in the southern part of the city, approx. 450 m from the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, which is the most famous district. The town is dominated by single-family housing and low-rise multi-family housing.

The vicinity of the investment

In the vicinity of the investment, there are numerous commercial and service points, incl. a local grocery and industrial store as well as Lewiatan and Biedronka grocery stores. Architecture

Two 4-story L-shaped blocks and one 3-story rectangular block with flat green roofs are planted around the courtyard. Bright facades are varied with light faults and subdued subdued elements, and enriched with panoramic glazing. There are viewing terraces in the outer corners of the complex.
