Architecture

The architectural design of the investment was made in the B1 Architekci studio. The buildings with a height of 3 and 4 floors are erected in a modernist style, with accents referring to historical buildings. Various layouts of a simple body were used, including frontage elements, and mansard roofs with bay windows were made. The elevations were finished with red clinker bricks and enriched with numerous glazing and decorative elements in an industrial style. On the ground floor, common spaces and commercial and service premises have been designed.
