The estate is located at Łódzka Street, in the Ujeścisko district in the south-western part of Gdańsk. It is located in the immediate vicinity of recreational forest areas. The area is characterized by single-family and multi-family housing developments, the proximity of communication nodes and educational, health, commercial and service infrastructure facilities.

In the vicinity of the investment, there are restaurants and cafes, private clinics, the Seaside Medical Center, pharmacies, hairdressing salons, a veterinary clinic, fitness clubs, a post office, a church, water retention reservoirs, and Kozacza Góra viewpoint (1 kilometer). The nearest grocery stores are Żabka (450 meters), Carrefour (800 meters), Biedronka (950 meters).
