Chlebova Apartments is a prestigious apartment investment located on the banks of the Motława River within the Old Town in Gdańsk.

Architecture

The architectural design of the investment was prepared by the Roark Studio studio. The seven-storey apartment building was built in an industrial style, referring to the style of the area. For decorative purposes, elements of the demolished Bread Factory were used, on the site of which an apartment building was erected. The façade was in shades of black and brown, finished with dark brick, numerous glazing and metal balcony railings were added. On the ground floor, retail and service premises were designed.

A representative lobby with a concierge was built, a gym, a roof terrace, a marina for boats, a business zone, a playroom for children, storage rooms and parking spaces in a two-level underground car park are available for residents.
