The Havlove estate, an investment consisting of multi-family buildings and commercial buildings, is located in the southern part of Gdańsk.

The area of ​​the investment, located on Aleja Vaclava Havla, on the border of the Chełm and Ujeścisko districts, is distinguished by a developed communication, educational, sports and health infrastructure. Architecture

The intimate, four-story buildings with partially sloping roofs covered with sheet metal were built from a simple body in a modern style. The façade is finished with a combination of shades of gray and white, with contrasting color elements, roof windows, large glazing and glass balcony railings.
