The estate is located within Starogardzka, Władysława Jagiełły and Kazimierza Wielkiego streets in the Gdańsk-Południe district. There is also an exit to the Tricity Beltway, the S7 expressway and the A1 motorway. The Gdańsk Lipce railway station is located about 2 kilometers away. There are bus stops for lines 175 and 189 in the vicinity.
