About the project
In the Hof van Bilthoven, TBI company ERA Contour is developing and realizing 105 new-build homes in the popular 1930s style, of which 72 are owner-occupied homes and 33 are rental homes for the SSW Housing Association.

In total, nine different housing types will be built in the new-build project. Alderman Dolf Smolenaers is enthusiastic about the arrival of the new-build project in Bilthoven: “After years of preparation, the time has come and we will have 105 beautiful homes in our municipality. “We think it is fantastic to create a new, quiet and child-friendly neighborhood at this location in Bilthoven. It will be a nice place to live. In addition, all homes are sustainably equipped because they are gas-free and have a ground source heat pump. It provides cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Each home will also have 3 or 4 solar panels on the roof. This way you as a resident are sustainable," says Emile Driesen, project developer at Hof van Bilthoven.
