SEASONS - a new quarter in Visori, which EIKA is developing in such a way that the concept of a home would significantly cross the walls of the apartment for everyone living in the SEASON, so that it would be comfortable and good to live in the quarter and its surroundings all year round.

SEASONS - synonymous with renewal, movement, cyclicality. Nature, the city and man move forward rhythmically and change with the years: they wake up in the spring, bloom in the summer, throw away what is no longer needed, fall in the autumn and settle down comfortably when winter comes.

SEASONS are a way to live all year round, meeting every day in an active and bright way. With impatience waiting for tomorrow. With a bunch of fulfilling today.

In the new residential quarter, EIKA encodes active activities surrounded by nature and celebrates the balance of energetic and poetic rest by raising a cup of hot chocolate after a workout in the forest.

THE SEASON is designed by UAB SP ARCHITEKTŲ GRUPĖ with the lead architect Saulius Pamerneckis, who, while creating the visual solutions of the project, sought to make the forest visually blend into the quarter, and the projected house volumes and their architectural expression would be integral to the environment.
